The 1996 Ford Pumper Truck boasts two 150 horse power pumps that can send water through four fire hoses at a high pressure and flow of 130 GPM.<\/p>\n\n\n

*NOTE: “Big Bend doesn’t have an ambulance per se.  We have what is called a Rescue unit.  It is limited in it’s abilities.  We are only allowed to transport small distances when other ambulances can’t (like Burney A-17). On the other hand we have all been rigorously medically trained and can help quite a bit. Now that (in 2017, we have an additional) EMT (in training to be) a Para Medic, we will be able to help even more…”<\/em><\/span>
